A handicap discount requires the presentation of a certificate.
If the certificate indicates “Type 1,” “Grade 1,” or “Requires Care,” the discount will apply to both the individual and one caregiver, for a total of two eligible persons.

About refunds

1. Discounts cannot be applied after a purchase has been made. Be sure to show any discount vouchers or coupons during check-in.
2. Refunds for incorrect purchases will incur a handling fee of 200 JPY for each transaction. Please note that this charge applies exclusively to cash transactions.
3. To request a ticket refund, be sure to process it at the original location where you purchased the tickets.
